Ok. So I feel off the wagon hard... think I even got ran over by the wagon 😑. I am not able to actively participate in February anymore but am going to start tracking calories in, working out and drinking water again. I will rejoin in March. :-) Thank you all for still being here!

Exercised most days due to having a foster dog which needs to be tired out. I forget how slow this process can be sometimes. Have a great week everyone!
