Why are you not eating pasta? I had chicken pasta with mayo for dinner today and it came to 341 cals, 50g wholewheat pasta (176 cal) 150g chicken breast.. (165 cal) nothing wrong with it

Salsa (great for spicing up dishes) per 100g = 30cal xtra light mayo 100g = 70 cal Nandos piri piri sauce 100g = 80 cal I probably only use 30g of sauce per serving so it's like 20/30 cals, they really help with pasta and chicken/rice/mince (ground beef as americans say)

I couldn't do that haha I just need to know every little bit, i have a wholesale butchers close to me that do really good deals (5kg chicken £20) they have mince aswell but i dunno the fat percentage protein per 100g etc so i have to resort to buying it from lidl (steak mince) which is really good but yeah, i couldn't eat…

Rather than cheat days just have a sustainable iifym approach to your daily foods (i prefer this) tryed it?

I have this problem too at my local butchers it's really cheap because it's a wholesale (they sell in bulk) place, i cant scan it so i dont buy it, i just go the supermarket and buy lean steak mince that i can actually see the macros of, i'd feel *kitten* if i just guessed the cals
