While I don't have to lose asuch weight as you, you have the right attitude about this being a journey. Take one day at a time and do the best you can. No one is perfect. Please feel free to add me as a friend.

Tracking has helped me get a handle on the amount of food I eat. Even if I go over my calories limit for the day. It keeps me accountable to myself and I am more aware of how much I am eating.

I decided to lose my extra weight due to having a closet full of clothes too small to wear. They have currently been put away and I have a year to lose the weight or the clothes go.

As I am starting over again I need to remember that this is not a diet but a lifestyle. Diets end but eating healthy and being healthy, fit, and happy does not

A serving size of any ice cream is 1/2 cup, so there should be 4 servings in a pint.

A walk works for me, but sometimes when a craving hits that just cannot be ignored, I will have just a little of it. Recently it was a concrete shake from Culvers. I had a mini instead of a larger size, vanilla instead of chocolate (it saves a few calories I found out) with crushed peanut butter cups.

Looking for like minded people to support and motivation to keep up with my journey. I usually drop off after a short time. Would like to get off this final 20/25 pounds once and for all.

You need to do what will work for you. I have started walking daily trying to go in between 2 & 3 miles. If that fails, I walk around the living room during commercials on TV. It may not be much, but every little bit helps.

I've been there too!. Am determined that this is the final time I will have to lose it. I need to make it a lifestyle and not a diet.

Slow and steady weight loss will help you keep the weight off. I am looking at this process as a lifestyle and not a diet, because I want to learn how not only to lose the weight but to keep it off once I do.

Feel free to add me. Am also looking for friends for support and motivation.

Once a week on Wed before I eat. If I weigh myself more than that I have a tendency to over do it on the weekends.
