  • Breakfast is the most important meal...I have->1 hard boiled egg, bran flake cereal with almond milk, english muffin with butter, banana, small bowl of fruit.
  • I always run early in the morning. I mean real early which means I begin my runs between 4:30-5:00am. I do have two coffees before the runs. When racing, especially long distances, I have a banana and cereal at least 2 hours before the start.
  • I have used the iPod Shuffle for years. Clips on my collar or on my reflective vest. Light rain and drizzle doesn't seem to hurt them but they seem to die about every 2-3 years.
  • Have been running for 5 years to get and stay healthy. Now I'm hooked on all kinds of running. Have done 21 half marathons, 7 full marathons, 3-50K ultras, and a host of small races(5K,10K,5mi,10mi,20k,etc). Have used other sites and softwares to track foods and exercise but decided to switch to MFP since getting a new…
