I'm working toward increasing my steps from 5,000 to 10,000 or even more. I will increase my weight limit (I currently lift 5 pound weights) to 10 pounds by February. I will increase the time spent doing stretches to 20 minutes twice a day by March. Its time to add squats to my daily routine.
