The new Smart Points is too restrictive. I double logged when the program was introduced and was only eating about 1000 calories per day. No wonder I was hungry all the time!

I eat a 1/2 tablespoon daily on a half banana. Satisfies me for hours. I do not like PB2; the mouth feel of peanut butter is important to me.

I eat as usual during the day on Christmas eve & day and New Year's eve -- but allow myself to indulge more on dinners on those evenings. Keep the exercise routine in place and enjoy.

I've been a WW member for over 20 years; been Lifetime for 10. The new program is for sure not for me -- I eat mainly vegetarian and this pushes protein a la Southbeach. It also makes it nearly impossible to eat out and stay on program. I eat a pretty healthy diet and got to goal by eating all things in moderation. I…

I hate powdered peanut butter but am addicted to the real stuff. I put 1/2 tablespoon on 1/2 a banana and that satisfies me. I used to go through a jar a week. Never giving it up.

Doesn't seem like an excessive binge. What I normally do the day after I go a little overboard is focus more on fruit, veggies, and lean proteins. Eliminate most starchy carbs and nosh on homemade veggie soup. It resets me and I carry on as normal the day after. It's all about finding your balance.

I bought a SodaStream machine. For some reason I can guzzle down fizzy water in greater quantities -- and can control the bubbles.
