my 16 yo daughter had 4 of hers removed on Thursday....you will be on soft foods/liquids for 5 days.. ice packs first 2 days then moist heat after that... each persons experience is going to be different and pain tolerance levels. but you should not exercise till oral surgeon gives you the okay....good luck to you and dont…
