Actually the microwave popcorn -- specifically the buttered kind -- and the BPA's in canned food is true. The pickled one is laughable as fermented foods are great for feeding your gut bacteria.

Serious question: How did neither one know who had the caffeine? Did they slip something clear and tasteless into the water? I mean if someone handed me a cup of coffee I'd totally know that I was getting caffeine!

But how is changing your height "using it correctly"? I bet if you changed your age -- made yourself younger -- the BF% would be different as well.

It's ok if you're just looking to keep track of your trend. I know that mine is off BF% wise as it will fluctuate in a huge way depending on time of day I weigh myself and how hydrated I am (I have tested it and it fluctuates 5%). For some people yes, it is addictive. When someone consumes a lot of caffeine daily and then try to stop they experience withdrawal symptoms. I'm fortunate that I have never had that issue. I can go from drinking caffeinated coffee to decaf and have no ill effects.

If I don't get my coffee before my workout people will die. The lure of coffee is the only reason I get up at 5 a.m. to hit the gym! As to whether or not I get a "performance boost" from it I'm going to say no. It does make me more bearable to be around though.

Yeah unfortunately once there's pee on the seat it's a downward spiral. Although when I'm drunk I realllllly don't care. I knew a guy who owned a janitorial business and he said that women were the most disgusting ones out there as far as bathrooms go. I completely agree with that.

No. I don't view exercise as an excuse to eat more. Never mind the fact that you could be grossly overestimating your calories "burned". Whatever my calorie goal is set to is what I eat regardless of exercise.

You're not really burning calories when you squat to pee. Sorry. If you were then I'd weigh nothing with all the times I run to the bathroom. And why would I feel the need to squat over my own toilet which I know is clean?
