I just started using coconut oil when popping my popcorn and it adds a good flavor. I'm not a fan of air popped. It deflates and gets soggy as soon as you put butter on it.

The only reason I go to McDonalds is for my pre and post workout coffee.
-
Now that sounds good.
-
Probably because ground turkey is cheaper than ground beef.
-
You forgot "ripoff artist" since it's a Twilight rip-off.
-
How many movies are "true to the books"? I mean honestly.
-
Why would I have to "sneak" veggies in? I love them!
-
Nope. I "read" the first book -- meaning I flipped through it looking for the "steamy sex" and found . . . just regular old sex that I could read in any old book. I also thought it was boring as heck. The movie is probably just going to be them emailing and texing each other since that's all they did in the book. I can't…

This thread needs to die. Or at least have some people take their discussion off-line.

They're pretty good .
-
They're not bad for you I just wouldn't eat them all the time. I have some in my freezer for when I'm feeling lazy and don't want to cook.
-
Depends on your preference. I like raw milk.

But . . .. but the HFCS and sugar in those foods "makes it taste better!" Yeah, right. IMO there is no need to have HFCS or added sugar in my blue cheese dressing or my spaghetti sauce (hence the reason I make my own). It tastes much better without it.

Inconsiderate because in the end they decided they actually didn't want to eat it so instead of putting back the slice that they took and handled they decided to toss it in the trash? They took it and therefore they could do what they wanted with it. Sorry you don't view someone's personal triumph as a victory. I hope that…

There are people who are fructose intolerant. Fructose malabsorption, formerly named "dietary fructose intolerance" (DFI), is a digestive disorder[1] in which absorption of fructose is impaired by deficient fructose carriers in the small intestine's enterocytes. This results in an increased concentration of fructose in the…

Um, yogurt is healthy if you get it with live and active cultures. It's milk and it has bacteria that is good for your gut flora. How is that not healthy? If you get plain yogurt the only sugar that is in it is from the lactose which again, there is nothing unhealthy about that. There are yogurts out there that don't have…

That is awesome.

Oh stop! If everyone doesn't view a personal victory as a victory then it's just not a victory! (sarcasm btw). That kind of reminds me of when I would have personal bests and tell a certain person about it who would basically slap it down and tell me it was crap. Yeah, pretty much stopped telling anyone except my husband…

Did you not read the OP's actual post? They had the mid afternoon munchies, saw the cheesecake and as an impulse grabbed a piece (to reiterate: because they had the mid afternoon munchies). They then decided after being at their desk they didn't want it so they tossed it. Not sure what the big deal is. I've done that…

I hope it was a fake tree! ;)

Huh. Because I was told by someone on this site that those sorts of things don't happen in upscale restaurants. You know, because the employees are always happy and the health department is there watching them make the food. Or so that's what I think they meant. I take the chance that they are being careful when I go out…

She should do strength exercises only if she wants to not so that she can "increase her weight to appear healthier".
-
Yup. Alcohol calories definitely add up which is why (for the most part) I have limited my alcohol intake to the weekends.
-
I make my own honey mustard marinade. Dijon mustard mixed with honey, marinate and bake.
-
Why does it matter? It's a yummy snack.
-
I'm not a fan of the yogurts that have added fruits, honey etc. in them. They're too sweet for me, I make my own yogurt and I'll either have it straight up plain or I'll add a touch of honey, homemade jam or the like (and by a "touch" I mean one, maybe two teaspoons. Just enough for a touch of sweet but not overpowering).

I've tried this and never had success with it NOT burning. I prefer oil popped.

And you don't know if they're simply "pushing complex rules for weight loss". As someone else pointed out some people need rules to help them stay on track/stop bad habits. Also it appears that these "complex rules" are working out for the OP so far.

This is in no way equal to running a 7minute mile. Pretty sure I'd barely break a sweat doing this warm up.
-
What? LOL at this advice. If I could burn 115 calories in 7 minutes then that's all the exercise I'd ever do!
