Hi all, has anyone got any good recipes for a chicken sauce a healthy one of course, sometimes I like to cook skinless chicken and just dip it in something but am running out of sauces or even a marinade to make it less plain?

    Marinades
    Lemon + oregano
    Harissa
    Yogurt + tandoori spices
    Honey + mustard
    Honey + soy
    PB2 + soy
    Sambal

    Sauces
Yogurt blended with fresh herbs of choice
Chicken simmered in a tomato and olive sauce
Pesto (make your own so you can control the amount of oil, cheese and nuts)
Greek yogurt/light mayo + curry powder
    Honey mustard
A little sweet chili (if you don't mind the sugar)
    Homemade guacamole
    Tzatziki
    Hummus

You can marinate chicken breast in almost any italian or balsalmic dressing. Score the chicken about 1/4 inch deep in a criss-cross pattern with a knife so the dressing penetrates, and let it sit overnight.

When you cook it, use a food thermometer to make sure you're nailing the internal temp and not drying it out.

I make my own honey mustard marinade. Dijon mustard mixed with honey, marinate and bake.

    oooh that sounds really good

I make home made sesame chicken. Or I throw a little pepper, salt and garlic powder on a chicken breast and bake it.

I look to cook plain chicken and then toss it in Franks or BBQ sauce or even pesto...
