Try putting different fruits in the water like pineapple, oranges, or even cucumber. I am not a fan of the "flavor" stuff that you can add to water. IMO it tastes fake and it's too sweet.

I think the "withdrawls" depends on how sensitive the person is to caffeine. I love my coffee. I drink a few cups a day. I can also NOT drink coffee or switch to decaf and have zero side effects. I don't drink soda or any other caffeinated beverages so I'm not getting the caffeine high elsewhere.

^^^ This right here. I bet if you cut the sugar out you'll have the same results although I am confused how you "lost weight" by switching to flavored teas. Flavored IMO means that it's loaded with sugar and other stuff.

I work a different muscle group every day and alternate legs and core. Example: Monday: chest/legs Tuesday: back/abs Wednesday: shoulders/legs Thursday: tri's/abs Friday: bi's/legs In the afternoon I do my DDP yoga and every other day I'll do 30-40 minutes of cardio.

I am trying to figure out where the "junk food" part comes in. Sandwiches aren't junk and maybe he piles the food with salt because it's bland to him. If he doesn't want to eat what you cook then he can make his own food.

Just stating a fact. If you know so much then I'm not sure why you wouldn't spread your knowledge out to others. The one thing entrepreneurs love to talk about is their business and how they failed or succeeded. No fee required.

Because whole grain pasta has a lower GI which, in turn, does not cause your insulin to spike as high as white pasta (and flour) would. White flour spikes your insulin higher than a candy bar.
