If you are eating 700 calories a day - you aren't eating what is considered a safe amount of calories. My point being on some days when calories are up - its because of a 200 calorie latte - just a simple point

I have a starfrit digital scale, it does liquid and solid, and also for the liquids it has two diff settings....one for liquids like water or broth, the other for things like dairy etc....Its pretty solid

This is terrible advice, fruit is extremely high in sugar all be it natural not conducive to weight loss. I eat one piece of fruit in the morning, that's it. Enter all your info into MFP then make sure to weight and enter all of your food, to ensure you are getting a) the right portion size b) eating enough calories.

Either or I would assume, put the nuts in a blender and blend them with a really sharp blade and then put them in cheese cloth and squeeze the *kitten* out of them....sounds delicious
