I just use the New York Times 7 minute circuit workout. You can do this at home or anywhere. Weather is not an issue. If you need a longer commitment of workout time, repeat as necessary. It really works out well.

Hi all, I am new to this site; I am 62, I am still working (for just under 4 more years), I have 35 lbs to lose. I have been using loseit site for the past 6 months and have not been able to lose much. This site seems like it has more useful information to help.
