I lost a lot of weight at one point because i didn't eat much and I didn't exercise but I wasn't exactly healthy because I sat down all the time. But yes, diet is the most important thing, but you won't exactly get a toned looking body

I use to go for low fat, sugar free things, but they always replace natural ingredients for sweeteners that just trick your body into wanting more. If you choose small amounts of things that aren't fake, you will actually eat less of it and be satisfied. For sweets, I usually eat anything i want, just in small amounts. I…
