Does it also hurt to climb stairs with that leg? Or get up from a sitting position? (Or down for that matter). If so you may want to see your Dr. and/or physio. You may have torn your meniscus in your knee. The only reason I know this is that I had the same thing.

I think as you get older this becomes impossible. I am overweight now because I could "out-run" what I ate in my teens and 20s and even into my 30s but after 35 and then after 40 it became more and more difficult until I couldn't anymore. I will give this a try when I get home. maybe I'll even search on my break so I already have something lined up!

I am pretty good at not sitting outside of work- but at work is another story. I am going to try the long way to the ladies room,as mentioned above, but also to the fax machine and the photocopier and the shredder!! That should help. :) So long way to everything from now on.

Hi gang. My name is Karla. I have always been fit and active and managed to control my weight by exercise, however ever since I turned 35 (8 years ago) coupled with serious health issues for my husband (starting 7 years ago) the exercise alone has not been doing the trick. I can't remember - but I remember it was hilarious as well. I just love the DJ commentary. Sometimes I keep running after a mission just to hear them.
