I have a full time job so its pretty hard trying to find time but I need to MAKE the time for myself....so Ive been walking on my treadmill at night while I watch TV and my 3 year old son is playing and Ive been lucky enough to go to the gym on my lunch break to do weights and a little cardio but I feel like its not enough.

I gained 80lbs with my son and lost all of it but in the past 6 months Ive seemed to pack on about 30lbs....I worked so hard to loose it in the first place and cant bear the thought of starting all over again but here I am.
