You will only get "bulky" if you are eating on a surplus while lifting weights. The fear that you will get big while lifting is unfounded. Hi, I lived in MT for most of my life before moving to Cincinnati 5 years ago. I have since moved again to Nashville. But Montana is still home to me. (Missoula, but I have lived in Thompson Falls and Trout Creek too.)

I just started the SL 5x5 so my goals are to 1.Do all the exercises correctly each week 3.Consistently log food with MFP and stay in at deficit.

I breastfeed on demand while at home and pump while at work. My baby girl is 9 weeks, and so far, no formula yet! Hoping to keep it that way as long as we can :) Congrats to everyone on your BF success! Feel free to add me if you would like. I am looking to lose about 30 lbs.
