The chicken breast I was using said a serving size was 4oz, but each piece was 5-6oz. That was where most of my calories were. My bread said 90cals a piece but weighed to over 120. It was pretty insane.

I used to stay around there about three years ago. I'm 21. If it's too low then I wouldn't mind staying around 110-115. Everything? I need a new scale then :(
