I've hit my 10,000 steps 5 X's per week last week and am on track to do so this week. I only went to the gym once last week, but as of today will have gone 3 times this week so combined I have gone 4 times in 2 weeks which is on schedule. I have started strength training which is what I wanted to do.

I like to add whole milk Greek yogurt and avocados. Taste is very creamy almost like a milkshake.

Avocado Smoothie 1/2 avocado 2 cups spinach 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt 6 strawberries 1/4 cup blueberries 16 net carbs. Feel free to switch out the fruit and can sub kale for spinach. I also like cheese nuts and berries or turkey cheese roll ups.

I'm with you on that! I've started making smoothies for some mornings. Recipe is below. You can adjust the amounts to make it lower carb if needed. It's very satisfying. Baked goods-cake, brownies, cookies, etc. I have a major sweet tooth and these are at the top of the list.

I just started LCHF on June 1. So far, I have lost 13.8 lbs, am beginning to have more energy, feel better, and am generally sleeping better at night. This month I am focusing on diet and I plan to add in exercise in July. My goal is to keep my carb levels at 25 for this month and to log every day on MFP.

Interesting. I eat it because i think i should and if i don't i will get hungry about mid morning. Atkins recommends eating 3 full or 6 mini meals per day. Maybe I'll try a mid morning snack instead.

Awesome! I have also just hit 5 days. I plan on weighing on Monday so I'm not sure how much I have lost. I'm good with most of the low carb food but I can definitely tell that I am going to get tired of eggs for breakfast.

I just started today so my goal is to keep it up through the end of June and hopefully be down 15 lbs by July 1!
