I've been losing weight with primarily just a diet change, no additional exercise. I'm sure working out would speed up the weight loss, but I believe diet is key. Thanks All. It was eye opening. I still don't see it when I look in the mirror. This was all mostly due to changing the way I eat, very little actual workouts. I'm going to start incorporating that now.
