1298 days as of today. I recommend MFP to everyone as I feel that tracking has absolutely helped me. I will admit that past a certain point, tracking can be a bit of an obsession. I tend to eat a lot of the same foods so I can usually input my meals for the day in the morning. I can go back later and revise if necessary.…
