My granddaughters are girl scouts and were selling cookies out in front of the grocery store today so I bought 6 boxes. I am possessed by a sugar devil, plus I wanted to support their troop. I will put them in the freezer but everyone knows they are just as good frozen!

I am 10 days AF today. Now it is time to tackle the sugar. Yesterday I had various amounts of: Cookies, chocolate cake, gingerbread, peanut butter M&M's, a mini cinnamon roll.....I may be forgetting something. Anyway I do not want to develop diabetes as well as gain weight so today I will try not to consume any sweets.

Day 6 AF today. My weight is stable though not going down fast. I am sleeping like a baby. My mood is so much better. I still have cravings and suppose I always will but they are manageable now. I truly take it one day at a time and don't think about "forever".
