Hi all, I am back from vacation. Did not overdo it with the booze while I was away but last night I had several grapefruit crushes and I feel like absolute death this morning. It is POISON, plain and simple. I am so disgusted with myself. I have a busy day and I just made it that much harder.

I have not been AF but it is not excessive, I am sure due to the semaglutide. So it is not really willpower or mind set change; I simply do not want so much. I am afraid of what will happen if I stop taking it but we will jump off that bridge when we come to it. I have enough through September right now.

I once read you should divide your weight in half and drink that many ounces of water. So 160 lb person should drink 80 oz of water per day. I don't drink nearly that much but I do try to drink as much as I can.

@LittleSurferGirl7 You would definitely want to consult a dr because of your heavy alcohol use. I don't think this is for people with liver issues which I think you mentioned in the past. Perhaps you need to address that first, maybe with antabuse or one of those drugs to help you stop drinking. I wouldn't be worrying…

I had a nice sober weekend. I went to see a girlfriend who doesn't drink and we had a blast. I am still not sleeping great but it was way better than if I had been drinking. Keep on, keeping on!

I find when I eat a lot in a short period of time…say, 2 BBQ's over 2 days) if I get immediately back on track, it comes off just as fast as it was gained. Thanks for tips but I can't figure it out. I don't see a triple dot option anywhere. And some options show a lock icon next to them and when I click them it gives me an offer to pay extra for MFP. No thanks. I'll just write 0 calories for the exercise.
