My little girl is 7 weeks today. I gained a lot during my pregnancy, It was like my metabolism shut down, and I have 30-40 pounds to lose :(

I have a 7 week old daughter as of today, and I just started back to work. I am having an incredibly hard time even doing laundry and cooking dinner because I feel like I am missing out on precious time with her. I have no idea how I am going to work out without feeling guilty :(

I use a Jawbone Up24. The new Up3 is actually out for preorder now. The Up app and the My Fitness Pal app, sync with each other. There are a few small syncing issues, but these are minor. My favorite part about the Up is that it also tracks your sleeping habits which can majorly affect your weight/ health.

Shin splints start out as an annoyance. Take time off to let your shins rest. Ice them. Massage them to get blood flow going, and stretch them (you can find a lot of good shin stretches online).
