I have had huge success with cooking chicken/ground beef with chili powder ahead of time, and portioning it into whole wheat wraps with beans, brown rice, bell peppers, salsa and a little cheese, and freezing them wrapped. A really tasty lunch that you can use for backup days where you're not motivated to prep or don't…

I love my FitBit synced with MFP - it means that I can eat more on active days, and keep my calories in check on slower days. I do have my activity level set to "Sedentary" on MFP, and ONLY log on MFP, using the FitBit through MFP only. Let me know if you want a hand, although I haven't eve linked my FB or MFP to other…

You may or may not gain weight, but you'll regain health, strength, willpower and faith in yourself. These are all tools that are going to get you fit and keep you fit if you keep at it. Way to go.

way to go guys

HA! I don't quite have that kind of budget right now. lol It's look amazing though. :)

You click on the "APPS" tab in the menu. :) Good luck.

Keep it up, but don't let any small setbacks discourage you. Remember how to day feels and use it as incentive.

I've also adjusted my ratios to include more fat and fewer carbs. Doctor and Doula can give you more recommendations now that you're nursing.

Agreed, Lemurcat... Of all the dietary evils lurking, unprocessed plant matter is IMO the least of our worries. I have found that veggies (and legumes and some fruits) are the key to reduced calories, as fiber and bulk/volume are huge factors in my ability to stick with my plan.

I usually take it easy on my abs and lower back - so low-impact, no inversions in yoga, no tough jogs. (Usually yoga, biking, walking.) Otherwise - go for it, girl!

Thank you!!! I was just noticing how I'm always plugging numbers for the last 3-4 months into my excel sheet, and it's always so wobbly. May try that out.

I love these. I will definitely sparkle instead of sweat from now on. ;) You've got this/You want this - I do tell myself this halfway through when I want to give up. This one sort of encapsulates my philosophy... I watched a women's world cup game live, and see dancers and kids; they all move their bodies in incredible…

Excellent! Was going to start a post about sugar because I am going over the MFP allowance (44g) nearly every work day - between a full-fat balkan yogurt for my morning snack and an unsweetened apple/blueberry sauce for my pm snack, I'm already over half of my allowance. Add two slices of whole wheat and a V8 at lunch, and…

Thank you, Shadow2Soul. I'm not sure I'd wear the Surge all the time, but this was another option for me. I really do love my FitBit One, so for now I think I'll just keep guesstimating my burns and working at it. I'll need the money for new clothes in no time. ;)

Those are all great! Thanks!

thanks!

(maybe I should have put this in the main discussion instead of the FitBit section?)

Thanks, editorgrrl. I don't hate things on my wrist, but not sure how I'd feel about wearing something there 24/7, or at least as often as I wear my FitBit currently. Good idea to purchase locally and return it if I don't like it. It seems so automatic to buy online now!

Um... sounds to me like you should visit a doctor instead of ask the internet for help. This could be a number of things, but would be best to have your blood run to make sure you're not experiencing these because of a deficiency or illness. Take a couple of walking only days, make sure you're hydrated, and see the doctor,…

Hahaha my husband is English, and I always ask if there's post on weekends. He always answers with "No post on Weekends!"

Thanks so far, everyone. This is starting to sounds more like a personal art than a strict science.

Um, I might be crazy, but isn't that called sleeping?
