It's been really hot (40C/105F) in my area this week, and VERY humid. I have not been motivated to bike or jog at all... Any suggestions (besides walking and swimming) for active things to do outside that aren't so tough in the heat?

I'm 28 years old, and the last 3-4 years have been less active for me. My doctor would like me to weigh in at about 130 lb (roughly 35 lbs to go), and I'd like some suggestions on goal-setting.
