Sure - happy to share! I'll divide it into the physical and mental parts. Physically, I lost it using the good old fashioned calories in < calories out philosophy. For me, that was ~1000-1200 calories a day (I don't believe in "starvation mode" and feel like my body just does better on really low calories for weight loss…
