  • Thanks, I am going to try more protein. I've been weighing everything. I actually have my scale continuously out on my counter beside my stove to remind myself to weigh/measure. I've logged everything and not drinking anything but water so I'm pretty sure I'm still in deficit.

  • Thanks you guys. I have more than a few to go. My trainer tested my body fat % at 35 the other day which is down from 37% in december but still considered way overweight. I'm hoping to be in the low 20s by the end of the year or so.

  • I hear ya! I began almost four weeks ago and have so far only lost 10 pounds. It seems so small for the huge effort I've been putting into this that often times I wonder if it's worth it. Not to mention, I haven't seen any change in over a week.
