I've also been microwave free for the past year. Reheating on the stove or oven has never given my food that rubbery feeling (ew).

Congratulations! As a former smoker I know how difficult it can be to quit. I'm coming up on five years and I actually rarely ever think about cigarettes at all anymore other than annoyance and ew at the smell when a smoker is in my area.

I'm 5'2" and weight 175, highest was ~210 and when I started losing weight I thought I'd like to get around 140 but as I progressed in my journey I decided to aim for a body fat % as my goal instead of a number on the scale. I'd like to have a bf% of between 20-22.

You should also track your measurements since you are also weight training. There are times when my measurement numbers give me encouragement when the scale isn't moving.

Yes, snack on some pecans or almonds, etc. Also add some avocado! Good healthy fats and don't forget to add your oils as part of your diary. And I agree with the others, 1200 is too low for a male.

The (non pregnancy) stretch marks I got on my belly the last couple years have faded away. I got out of the shower today and noticed they weren't there. Not sure if they'll make an appearance after my skin gets back in the sunshine this summer but for now I'm excited!
