Hey Kitty, from what I've read up on it it's a very goof tool but definitely not to be the only one in your weight loss journey. Healthy eating habits must be set and followed or as soon as the pills stop the bad eating habits will cause the weight to come back. Good luck on your journey. P. S. My bff is on the med diet…

Best thing is waking up, using the bathroom, stripping down and weighing. Some do once a week, some more often and some way less. I am a daily weigher (helps me not freak out when my TOM or ovulation is coming and the bloating/retention kicks my numbers up).

Weigh a gallon of water (or hand weights if you have them) on both scales to see if they show a measurable difference

I usually grab a glass of water on those occasions and it quiets right up until I'm done sleeping for the night

Welcome! Have you entered your info yet? Just remember we all didn't gain the excess weight in a couple months time so it will take a while to fall off but patience and honest logging will get you to your wightloss goals! P. S. Use a digital kitchen scale :)

I'm in this same boat. Pantyliners are usually all I use unless I have a "heavy" week then I'll have to use a light tampon for a day or so.... Hopefully my good luck in this regard holds out
