I'm looking to begin a challenge 2-1/ 2-28
28 days of working out and 28 days of clean eating with a caloric intake of 500--1000 cals per day.
Whose in..

Wow, absolutely not! First of all, consuming so few calories should only be done whilst under direct medical supervision. Second, there's no way eating so little will provide your body with enough calories to fuel your workout. Third, working out for 28 days straight is not advisable.
This challenge is irresponsible, unhealthy, and will likely lead to both injury and any number of health problems.

Holy moly how unhealthy. Please don't do this, it's not the way to live a healthy lifestyle.1

Eating that few calories is a great way to burn through muscle and end up a lighter version of what you already look like. If you want to lose fat you need to fuel your body, not starve it.1

Whatever for? I've dropped 30 lbs on 1630/day so far. 500-1,000 is dangerously low and should only be done in drastic circumstances (i.e. need to be below a certain weight for surgery) and only under medical supervision.0

What everyone else said.
I get that maybe you want to give yourself a kick in the butt to get started, but this isn't the way to do it.
