Yuck yesterday Jog was just timeing! Went for quick jog! Then rush to eat and go! Good thing it was just a short jog! Today rest day and tomorrow a good JOG... Not looking forward to it! lol

I have to agree, I paid a little over 50 for glass electronic scale. Its one of my fav best investments I made! Not only does is shows, weight, but other factors like BMI. When your looseing your BMI. Body Mass Index. Your clothes really starts to fall off!

Truth! I hate cold cold cold! Any temp below 70s feels cold! I must be part cold blooded! I rather jog of days of 90s or higher! But I commited myself to stay the course. And like it or not. I want to be ready for my firth marathon in March!

I also use the Runners Guide to Marathon training myself! Jog Mon, Wed, Thur, Sat. Thursdays is either a rest or go. I liston to my body. But if I know Saturday a busy day for me. Than I rest and do a Friday Jog.

Thank you for the link! It looks great! I been reading up on few sights. In the end it comes down to this: Wear shorts in temp 40 or great. With a light long sheeves shirt or t shirt with a light jacket. Of cores whats really important is gloves and head gear to keep ears warm!

One pound a week to loose is a great goal. If your also plan on keeping it off too in long run. Loosing too much in short time. Not only comes back, but also with unwanted friends. Be active as well will help. From simple walk with your dog if you have pets, or kids. Even they need fresh air too lol! Good luck!

Well, this past Friday did 13 miles: 2hrs 22 mins. I took Thursday off from training to Jog Friday to have a freeworkout weekend. Talk abut a cheat day lol! Anyone have days they don't want to run? What are your thoughts on these cold temps drop?

Me too. But I don't eat as much as I use too. So its a progessing well each week. But still, I do like to enjoy something sweet here and there. Nothing wrong with a little. I don't plan on taking it out. So far cutting it way back is helping a lot!
