As for question you stated. Booth are good to keep up. But I don't always eat well, I do like to enjoy a slice of cake here and there. Mater of speaking. Not everyday. I do workout about 3-4 times a week. Nothing wrong in being active. Even if its just walking your doy for an hour. Im sure they love it too!

No mater the weather, keep up the jogging routine. Its not easy, I know. I still jog in even if its as low as mid 30s temp wise. Unless its really raining. I wont. But even light rain I jog. Plus you know the bennafits of jogging is always great!

I been doing the loose one pound a week. Intake is 1450 calories a day. I do not always stay on target. Its doing great for me. Plus I also do workout a little be each week. I dont really care for the weight lost. My goal is to drop my BMI. So far I lost about 3 percent. Which is a lot. I feel a lot better and more. The…
