I will make a stirfry most nights with bell peppers, onions and tofu. If I have left overs I put them in tupperware and mix in with scrambled eggs the next morning. Yummy leftovers and its easy!

I do a mash of plain greek yogurt, avocado and chickpeas, fat free feta and spinach. I mash it all with salt pepper spices, and roll it all up! I love to add different hummus' too.

Start weight in March 2015: 174 lbs August 2015: 163 Feb 2016: 155 Current weight: 146 I just want to loose the last 5 lbs or so. I really want to get to 140lbs at 5'9!!

Salad but filled with goodies: Spinach Red Cabbage Cucumbers chopped up Grape Tomatoes A medium avocado Veggie Burger on top! A little soy sauce and BAM!

Inexpensive. I will never shop at another grocery store ever again because of Aldi. You get super high quality foods and produce for half the price.

I think everyone is different really, its all about what works best for you. I find I am feeling my thinnest when I have something small in the morning but to each their own :) My go to is an egg and a sliced up tomato. :D

I am 5'9 and currently am 147 with a goal of 140-143.

Salad with Light Life Soy Chicken Tenders, feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes. For dinner I will have a pepper, onion stirfry with Soy sauce.

I do a avocado dip with cucumbers or carrots to dip into. 1 Avocado 1 Cup of low fat greek PLAIN yogurt 1 packet of the Hidden Valley greek dip packets (or regular is fine too) 1 half lime (just the juice) Mix together and BAM! So yummy on everything! Toast, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, pita chips.

To loose weight, and keep up your metabolism - it is required to eat something for breakfast. purposefully skipping it, is harmful, that's what I mean.

I never believed in eating breakfast because I always found that if I skip breakfast its one last meal I take in...but that is soo harmful to your body. EAT breakfast! I eat small, have an egg and some spinach in an omlette or something and then have a mid morning snack like nuts. :smiley:

I've been a pescetarian since March 2015 and I am always trying to find new veggie options and soy based protein options and brands of meat substitutes! I've lost a total of 27 lbs in a year and I feel amazing!

Not eating past 7 or 8 pm. Self discipline, balancing eating and working out, if you are plateauing , keep going!

I've been doing a chia seed smoothie in the morning. The night before I take unsweet almond milk, chia seeds, coconut, organic honey and a little agave nectar, and a banana in a blender. shake and put in refrigerator over night. Consistency will be thick-ish, depending on your milk to chia seed ratio :)

I will fill it in for tomorrow morning's breakfast if I have completed the day. Gives me something to focus on for the next day. I think it helps.

I have been pre making a few meals at a time with stuffed bell peppers, you can stuff anything in there and put in the oven at 350 and BOOM! Instant dinner/lunch. Lately my favorite has been rice, black beans, chicken, vegan cheese and sour cream, yums.

Vodka soda with a lime, even sugar free redbull and vodka. Tonic water still has calories so ask for Soda water instead :)
