I was in a terrible car accident 5 months ago, breaking my left foot and right ankle. I am really only aloud to do the sedentary bike but I am looking into yoga as well.

I am starting to see a flat stomach, even after I eat! That's huge for me, the lower ab workouts are really paying off and I just started seeing results.

Check out my diaries! I am all about no meat and lots of fish. For lunch I do a spinach salad with feta cheese and an ahi tuna filet. Low calorie and easy to make. That's just one option, but if you take a look at my diary it could give you some ideas. Good luck. B)

I like to have a small breakfast, english muffin or an egg and then small snack in the morning sometime and then a big lunch. That usually ties me over until dinner.

Extra firm tofu sauteed with pero farms bell peppers, onions, soy sauce, over greens with a little cheese. Very yummy!

I brush my teeth early. Drink a cup of tea. Go for a walk. I actually go into the bedroom an hour early before bed so I stay away from the kitchen!

I found that limiting my day to one serving of bread works for me. But I am a pescatarian, so I only eat seafood if I do have a meat. That tends to make me feel leaner anyway, it has helped me.

After changing to a pescetarian diet/vegetarian I lost the first 10 lbs very quickly and a few girls at the office said, "girl you need a cheese burger!" Made me think they were just jealous, but it kind of offended me.

I go for a walk during my lunch and around 2:30 when I have a cup of green tea, its a pretty good boost!
