walking down to the parking garage at work. And saw a friend I hadn't seen in a while from far. I started waiving but he would not wave back. I stopped him and said hey- what you can't say hello. He just stared at me and said he absolutely did not recognize me. He complimented on how great I look. best NSV!!

64 ounces for me..... hmmm... let's see if we can make this happen with this 40 degree weather outside it can be hard during the morning and late evening hours. Which means I need to get my water in during the day as much as possible. Plan in place- let's do this!

I meal prep all three meals every 4 to 5 days. When I am good on time I do it on Sunday and prep for Monday to Thursday. I work from home on Fridays so that I can then cook my meals as I go. There are approximately 78 days to achieve this by 12/31. 78 days is approximately 11 weeks. If you set your goal to loose 2lbs per week- you can totally reach the 20 lbs in this timeframe.
