Had the courage to join the Parents vs Kids soccer match. Mid game I realized wow- I can do this for hours and keep up with these 10 year olds.... 6 months ago- this would not have happened.

I eat nontraditional breakfasts all the time. try making homemade ground chicken patties or turkey sausages. instead of hash browns I do a sweet potato hash with ground chicken and lots of veggies. so so good and gets me started off right with the protein and the veggies.

try doing paleo. it cuts out refined sugars but in moderation you can still eat other natural sugars/sweeteners.

fighting off a cold... haven't exercised since last Friday....still on target with eating which is hard- because you naturally want to gravitate towards comfort sick foods..... :D

I use the HRM as much as possible to get more accurate active calories. I don't eat back my calories unless I feel it necessary. I have had spot on weight loss of 2 to 3 lbs per week. So I'd say it is pretty darn accurate and in combo with MFP they are a force to be reckoned with!

I have a vivofit. Garmin has been playing around with the connect app for awhile now. Unfortunately mfp and connect app won't synch the calories.
