  • My overall goals are to get my bmi down to 32% and run a mile in 9 minutes. But I'm starting to set weekly goals. This week I'm going to workout 5 times and only eat out once, which is a big drop for me. What are your goals?
  • My wedding is in July too! I want to lose about 30 pounds by then but it's really hard for me to stay accountable.
