So the bra issue is covered. Are you by chance doing a lot of pec exercises, I did at 1 point in my 20's and my chest looked ridiculous. I dance too, I'm 5 ft, 105 and was a 34D, now I'm a "c" and I feel better so I understand where you are coming from. I'd even like to have surgery if $ was no object to lift my chest…

I think if you switch up which area you are working weights might be okay everyday, but if you are working to fatigue your muscles should be sore the next day and need rest to recover. I workout every other day, but I'm 50 so....

I'm at 12-15. I started with just wall push ups, moved to incline and moved to the floor. I was at 5-8 for about a month. I gave myself plenty of time to improve. I'd like to be at 20 with good form, that'd be cool.

About 1700 a day. I'm 5 ft, 105, 49yrs and workout 3x a week. Where you need to be calorie wise really depends on your height and activity level too.
