The separation and divot thing that you referred to... I like to think of it as my fat melting away. It looks really weird while you are in the middle of weight loss, but once you stabilize to maintenence, it does get better for most people. Good luck on the journey!

Once I start to fit into a smaller size, I will buy a pair of pajama pants a further size down. That gives me something to try on to know when to buy down again. Plus, since they are pjs, I don't have to worry if they aren't a perfect fit or in the correct season. It's always exciting when they fit though, lol! :smiley:

Thanks for this post! I am 5'7" and am always curious what my goal weight should be. I started this journey at 330 and picked a target of 165, just because it was half, lol. I figure once I hit it I can check and adjust. :smiley:

I don't gain during my TOM, but I will be up 3 or so pounds when ovulating. I actually use a period tracker too, and my graphs line up nicely. Lol.

I am not much of a breakfast eater. I usually just have a big glass of water, and then an hour or two later I will drink a cup of coffee and have some peanut butter crackers. :)
