I’m bumping my weigh in from Monday just because I’m not seeing it on the spreadsheet!

The only time I buy paper plates for our house is when I know I won’t be around and my boys think doing the dishes would kill them!

I was a single mom for a long time when they were little, so it was very easy to put myself and my health last. However covid really has put…

How frustrating! I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. Maybe try changing up the amount of different macros you get to see if that helps?

I desperately need to do this! My house is always under construction as buying a fixer upper feels like. So it’s easy for me to let it go to *kitten* in the areas I’m unhappy with. I need to just be happy with what I have right now. And my husband *fingers crossed* will get to the house as soon as he has some down time!

I was sleeved on 6/14 I also had really bad acid reflux. I’m hoping the sleeve won’t make it worse. But it was a chance I was willing to take. Good luck!

I really think you should see a dietitian that is experienced working with pregnant women.

Good morning all! So I’m having a day. It’s almost 11am and I’m at 1200 calories for the day! Ugh! I started my time of the month and I have a bunch of appointments this afternoon so I doubt I’ll get any exercise in. I also started that time of the month this morning! Ugh wish me luck!

Sign me up for this! I could use some support! My husband and son try to be supportive but they are both so skinny and have such sweet tooth’s it’s difficult finding a balance!

I am in the same boat as you. My 5 year alcohol sobriety day is coming up in July and in August it will be 2 years since I quit smoking... but let me tell you I am starting to try to get control of this overeating addiction that I seem to have replaced both of those vices with. I’m here if you’d like to add me!

I really have to keep reminding myself 1 day at a time. And no amount of obsession is going to make me lose it faster.
-
I need to follow this mind set! I get so obsessed with food when I try to change my eating, I need to just work at one day at a time. Just like I did when I was in AA for my drinking. Thank you!

I just started yesterday. I bought a stationary bike and did 30 mins on it. I plan to do the same thing everyday this next week to get used to it before trying a cycling class

So I’m going to try this whole weight loss thing by not weighting myself. I normally get so hung up on the scale numbers I hit a rough patch and everything is out the window. So I’m going to stop this weekend and get a measuring tape and keep measurements

I wonder how long I can consistently log my food without weighting myself. I normally and so obsessed with the scale it derails me every time I try. So the scales batteries are dead, let’s see how long until I put batteries in it.
