Personally I would start at your doctors. Get a full physical including blood work to see if thyroid function or something is out of wack. If you haven’t really changed much in your way of logging or activity. Medical issues should be ruled out first.

I did a Orangetheory lift 45 and then immediately a run/row 30. So 45 minutes on the weight floor and 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the tower. Tomorrow I have an Orangetheory 90 (so it’s 90 minutes of floor/rowing/treadmill) and then I’m going to barre class in the evening with my mom.

I go in and adjust the 1st of every month just so I don’t forget. But it also happens to be around 10lbs lost.

Made it to onderland this morning!!! My next mini goal is to be confidently in onderland by Christmas. So I’m thinking around 194 or so since my overall fluctuation rate tends to be around 4 pounds. By March I would love to be at 175lbs.

I personally would start with your primary care physician to have some blood tests ran to see if any labs are off that could explain why you’re not losing weight.

I have realized I will do a lot for a t shirt. Hell Week at Orangetheory starts Sunday. You have to complete 5 classes to get the damn T-shirt. I’m all signed up for my 5 classes!
