I'm in! My last weigh in was 225.5. I just got back from vacation so last week was not great. I'm back on track though, hopefully September is a good month for all of us! The best way I've found to get over a plateau is to mix up your routine. I may catch a lot of upset for posting contrary to most people's responses, but from my experience, it's not a great idea. I used to drink between 4-8 coke zeros a day (ridiculous I know).
