Thanks :smile: , I have two types of tuna pasta salad that I often switch between, but I wasn't sure if I was consuming too much tinned tuna or not! Do you have a go to recipe? Just wondering if it's any different to the ones I make so it can give me something a bit different :smile:

I'm looking to lose well over 20kgs and I'm following the BBG. She has a 4 week pretraining section for beginners, so that's really good to build up your stamina and fitness a bit before going right in and doing the main BBG workouts.

How is Kayla's 12 week guide (of which she has a 2.0 version to continue with as she knows that fitness shouldn't just stop at 12 weeks) any different to Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred? Or P90x for 90 days? Or Insanity for 60 days? All of these programs have an end, so why is Kayla's any different? Look up the results…
