  • Try to stay away from sugar and caffeine right before your period. You may notice a difference, it's worth a try.
  • Exercise is only 20% of it. That is awesome you are exercising:) 80% of it is what you eat. I'm so grateful that I found a program that helped me release 44 pounds in total. Make sure you are getting in enough protein per day, lots of veggies and less carbs.
