I know what you mean...when I'm jogging/walking past all the dog walkers and other (thin, fit) runners with my hair stuck to my forehead, face purple and fat *kitten* trailing behind me I am hoping I turn invisible lol. I am so envious of the people who jog for miles.....oh well, that will be us at the end of c25k :D

W1D3....I really struggled today, every minute of running felt like an hour and by the time the App told me to walk I was inwardly screaming. I'm not sure if I am ready to move onto week 2, might just carry on with week 1 for a bit longer. I did 2.17km today, 1.03km was running.

I started W1D1 on Monday...thought I was gonna pass out at the end ( I am VERY unfit)...managed to drag myself for 2.34km (of that 0.81km was running). My running pace was 9.44 minutes to run 1 km so have lots of improving to do lol. Did W1D2 on Tuesday and managed to drag myself 2.74km (YAY) of which 1.03km was running.…

I started on Monday. I am so unfit I thought my heart was gonna burst out my chest..felt great at the end though.
