For me it helps to keep me active. I cannot say that this alone has helped me loose weight, but i definitely have aimed for the 8000 steps per day. The one I purchased was under $100 and I would say it is worth it.

I started at 246 and now I am 223.....goal weight is 150....would love to see this happen within a year.

Right now I have been mostly using spinach, green apples, bananas, grapefruit, strawberries, peanut butter, coconut water, almond milk, ginger, cucumbers...etc and adding chia or flax seeds. I dont use those all at once....was mainly posting to see if anyone knew of some more good recipies to try.
