I don't have any pics, but I have done the 30DS in the past and it's a great workout! (I echo the sentiment that it can be a killer on the knees....)

I also have a slow thyroid & have undergone major (negative) changes in the last year and a half.... but things are finally starting to turn around :smile: It takes awhile to work through, but you'll get there :-) Congrats on losing 30 lbs.... that's great!!!!

I have the FitBit One, Flex, and now the Charge... I love their products and in my opinion it's definitely worth the cost! The devices have kept me motivated and I love that it syncs with MFP :)

Major changes have a way of making one wonder which side of the world is up after being tossed around on the waves of uncertainty. I've been there... and I'm sorry that you've had to walk upon this path as well :( Just take things one day at a time ~ and now is a great time to start working on you! Hang in there :)

I eat Progresso soup quite often and have lost weight :) The sodium might be too high if you are watching your intake, but otherwise it's definitely a filling/satisfying option.
