I only have two kids, but I teach at a school for children who have special needs and so I can relate to having 8+ kids :lol: Your pics are incredible... it's amazing what a difference a week can make!!

I've been eating in my calorie range and have been steadily losing :) Our stats are similar, and I'm eating around 1740 calories/day.

Maybe take a hot bath while mulling over your day? It will relax & occupy you, and it's difficult to eat in the tub :) I also like @debubbie 's ideas... low-cal snacks and/or shifting your activities definitely helps! :+1:
