You have to prioritize what is most important to you. You can lose weight without exercise just by being in a caloric deficit.

I think, if you're bored with what you're doing now, switching it up is a good idea. When you get bored with something, it makes it harder to stick to. Better to switch up and continue your journey than to get bored and quit altogether.
-
That's impressive! I can barely lift my fork.
-
Post of the year right here. No way this is real.

Eat what you want. Everything in moderation. As long as it fits your caloric needs. If you label foods as "healthy" and "unhealthy," and restrict yourself accordingly, it will become difficult to be successful.

I recommend a physio.

Yes! Great work, Rob!

I don't encourage vegans to eat meat. It means more for me.

I was there. In 2012 I began my journey. I was 285 lbs, pre-hypertensive, and always felt lousy. I lost 120 lbs in the course of a year and have never felt better. Make up your mind now that you're going to do this for yourself and nothing will be able to stop you!
-
Congratulations!! You're doing excellent, keep up the hard work and you will achieve all you set out to do!
-
I like sliced cheese. Especially the cheddar variety.
-
You went crazy for a few days, but it doesn't equal failure. You only fail when you quit.
-
Lol! Not quite, that's just my breakfast.

Oatmeal cooked in vanilla almond milk, bananas, and granola.
-
I have eaten 3-6 eggs per day since 2012, and I've lost 117 pounds. No issues yet.
-
Why not start today? If it's a lifestyle change, then you should begin immediately. If it's another diet that you will just give up on later, then start January 3rd.
-
Dehydration? Are you drinking enough water during the day?
-
Feel free to add me.

You want to LOSE weight? Eat in a caloric deficit. Simple.

You're not going to find the answer here. You are going to have to see a doctor. This sounds like a medical issue, maybe acid reflux or something like that. You need to be checked out.
-
Be careful of extremes. Last time you lost weight, you obsessed over the scale. Now you want to abandon it completely. Balance is the key. Set a weekly or monthly weigh-in day, and then determine not to step on the scale until that time.
-
If you have to ask this question, they're too young

I come from a family of alcoholics. While I've never struggled with alcoholism (I wont even touch alcohol), I have seen first hand the damaging effects of alcoholism. I think it's great that you are recovering and have taken up something constructive instead. Jgnatca is right, you're doing great!

wooooooooooo

Great job! You found something that worked for you and you rocked it. Congrats!

Indulge and small portions do not coexist. I will indulge in half the cake.

She posted this earlier today, about 10 hours ago. She has yet to make her profile public, or respond beyond the OP. She ate a ridiculously low amount of calories for three months and it was the only way she lost weight. I think OP is trolling. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

I eat red meat. It's my favorite. Not bad at all.

I had a similar issue where my weight loss would stall for a week or two anytime I began a weight training regiment. I'm supposing this is pretty normal.

Feel free to add me. I have a lot of inactive friends. I need more that are active.
