To lose weight your overall calories matter. For health, you should pay attention to your macros. I didn't at first, lost 40lbs real quick, and quite a bit of hair with it. Adjust my macros and it's all good now. I tried that exact protein powder, couldn't get used to it. I would look into other sources of protein though.…

How long has it been? I'd bet money it isn't the Diet Pepsi.

I almost always work a chocolate treat into my day. I find the bite sized chocolates work well. Preferably dark. You want quality here. I've also heard magnesium supplements help with cravings, but I'd rather just have the chocolate.

I get the Special K Protein version. I like it, it's semi sweet. But I usually have it as a night time snack when I want something sweet. It's really helped my protein goal though, I specifically picked it out for that. Maybe add in berries to bulk it up if you want it more filling.

Is it wrong that this was my first thought. I don't see it as a compliment, simply a question. "Have you lost weight?" -question "You look great, have you lost weight?" -compliment/question "Wow, you've lost weight!" -comment There's no use in reading too much into what people say.
